Privacy Policy
LOTALYZER is a lottery analysis and visualization tool. We do not sell personal information. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app, including optional in-app purchases handled by Google Play Billing.
1) Information We Collect
a) Data you provide
- Support emails: If you contact us at admin@lotalyzer.com, we will receive the information you send (such as your email address, message contents, and any attachments).
b) Subscription / purchase information (Google Play Billing)
- If you subscribe to or purchase premium features, all payments and billing information are processed securely by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store credit card numbers or billing details.
- The app may query Google Play Billing to determine your entitlement status (e.g., whether you are subscribed, trialing, or canceled) so premium features can be enabled or disabled.
- Google may provide us limited purchase metadata needed for entitlement (such as product ID, purchase token, and subscription state). This data is used only to provide premium access and prevent fraud/abuse.
c) Analytics and crash reporting
- The app does not currently use analytics or crash reporting services. If analytics or diagnostic features are added in future versions, data collection and retention will follow the provider’s policies.
2) Information We Do Not Collect
- No account registration or passwords are required to use the app.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health, biometric, or government IDs).
3) How We Use Information
- To provide app functionality (including unlocking premium features if you subscribe).
- To provide support and respond to user inquiries.
- To improve reliability (fix bugs, reduce crashes, improve performance).
- To comply with legal requirements and enforce our terms as needed.
4) Sharing of Information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Google Play / Google services: For processing subscriptions and validating purchase/entitlement status.
- Google Firebase / Google services: For secure backend functionality such as authentication and service reliability. These services may process anonymous identifiers required for the operation of the app.
- Legal: If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5) Data Retention
- Support communications may be retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable recordkeeping.
- Subscription entitlement is determined by Google Play Billing; we do not store your payment details.
- Diagnostic data (if enabled) is retained according to the provider’s retention settings and policies.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7) Children’s Privacy
LOTALYZER is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8) Your Choices
- Uninstall: You can stop all app data processing by uninstalling the app.

9) International Users
If you use the app outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
